Welcome to Samuel & Co. By placing an order or commissioning a bespoke piece with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Bespoke Process & Commissioning

All jewelry created by Samuel & Co. is made to order or strictly bespoke. A contract is formed when a deposit is paid. Due to the specialized nature of our work, once production has commenced, deposits are non-refundable to cover the costs of materials and design time.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP (£). For bespoke commissions, a 50% deposit is required to secure your diamond or gemstone and begin production. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared prior to dispatch or collection. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if precious metal or diamond market values fluctuate significantly before a deposit is secured.

3. Production Timelines

Our standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines, craftsmanship of this caliber cannot be rushed. Delays caused by material sourcing or quality control checks will be communicated immediately. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, and 3D renders created by Samuel & Co. remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to use images of your commissioned piece for marketing and social media purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been requested in writing.
