Returns & Exchange Policy
Our refund and returns policy is strictly governed by UK Consumer Law regarding bespoke goods.
1. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Exemptions
As every piece from Samuel & Co. is hand-crafted to your specific requirements (including ring size, metal choice, and stone selection), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for a "change of mind." Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to the consumer's specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation rights.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or structural fault, you are fully protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You must notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will inspect the piece, and if the fault is manufacturing-related, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
3. Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship of your jewelry. This covers structural defects but excludes wear and tear, accidental damage (such as bent claws or chipped stones from impact), or damage caused by repairs attempted by other jewelers.
