1. Bespoke Production & Delivery Timelines
To guarantee pristine quality, Samuel & Co. operates strictly on a made-to-order basis. Because your piece is cast, set, hallmarked, and rigorously inspected from scratch, the standard creation and delivery window for all boutique purchases is 21 to 33 days. We do not offer expedited next-day delivery on bespoke items, as true artisan craftsmanship cannot be rushed.
2. Fully Insured Specialist Courier Networks
Due to the high-value nature of our fine jewellery, standard postal services are not utilised. Your commission will be transported via a curated network of highly secure, fully insured logistics providers. Depending on the final destination and the valuation of the piece, we dispatch via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, DHL Express Insured, or dedicated luxury couriers such as Malca-Amit or Brink's.
3. Secure Delivery & Signature Requirements
Security is paramount. Every package dispatched by our house requires a physical adult signature upon delivery.
Restricted Locations: We will not deliver to PO Boxes, mail-forwarding services, or insecure parcel lockers under any circumstances.
Transfer of Liability: The risk of loss, damage, and ownership of the item passes entirely to the buyer at the exact moment the package is securely signed for at your designated delivery address.
4. Real-Time Transit Visibility
On the day your piece clears final UK quality control and is secured in its handmade presentation packaging, a direct tracking link will be emailed to you. This provides full transparency, allowing you to monitor the secure transit of your asset in real-time until it reaches your hands.
