How long does a bespoke commission take?
Our standard timeline is 4 to 6 weeks from the date of deposit. Complex designs involving rare stone sourcing may take longer, which we will discuss during your consultation.
Do you offer insurance valuations?
Yes. Every piece of Samuel & Co. jewelry comes with a complimentary insurance valuation document detailing the specifications and replacement value of your item.
Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward conflict diamonds. We only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process.
How is my jewelry shipped?
We use a specialized, fully insured courier service for all deliveries. Your parcel is tracked at every step and requires a signature upon receipt. For security, the outer packaging is discreet and unbranded.
Can I view a stone in person?
Yes. We offer private appointments to view a selection of diamonds or gemstones relevant to your design. Please use the contact form to request a booking.
